I love the ability to manage multiple cases and create chronologies from unlimited documents. I love that you don't have to go through a salesperson or onboarding session.

While testing out this product, I made an error and lost some important data.

Tagging is easy, but after that it is very frustrating. When I review facts based on the issue tags it seems there is no way to access the facts via the reviewer.

The visual timeline representation graphic was difficult to use if the chronology was incomplete.

Unique Tool for Building Legal Case Chronologies.

It provided the tools I needed at the time and didn't require a huge commitment. Being able to tie in multiple witnesses and themes in one annotation was great.

Then you can create terrific reports that include hyperlinks to the source documents. If you need to draft a fact-based motion or prepare for a deposition or trial, you will be ready to go.

My overall experience with CaseFleet has been quite positive - it helps me be a better litigator.

Casefleet is the best web-based document management platform on the market.

The customer service is great. Whenever I submit a request for support, I receive a kind and helpful response within minutes.

So it was difficult to see in the graphical representation until the complete time period had been inputted.

This software is easy to use, with great feautures and excellent support (including implementation of feature requests).

It is an amazing tool for organizing both thoughts and data. It gives you the ability to tag information and support it though their chronological tool.

It is sometimes difficult rule out certain words in a search.

I like the negotiation and timekeeping features. Invoicing is easy, and Box/Dropbox integration is great as well.

I always feel better knowing that the thoughts are out of my head, along with uploaded evidence, so I can start in the same spot tomorrow.

Sherpa is great because it offers powerful ediscovery tools in a usable package.

Executive provided me some orientation training and was there to help with any questions I had using it for the first time.

You just need to get logged in and get it over with. If that's a typical search for you, then there's no need to continue.

Overall, I have become very comfortable using DA. This has become my goto package for most searches I need to perform.

The UI is a bit dated and difficult to wrap one's head around at first.

But if you're reading this, I'll bet that's not your typical search. I'll bet you've got at least 3 terms, a 4 year date range, and 5 to 7 different mailboxes to comb through.

And life is about to get a whole lot better. To explain:  a few years back, I was just like you.

The tool is easy to use and intuitive. Very glad we were able to implement it.

You'll have to manually repair, or unlock those troubled files. But then asking DA to run a follow-up search is a right-click away.

I love how easy this product is to use. It is quick and simple and does what we need.

Other email file types may need help from tech support but they have been responsive in writing patches when needed.

I find discovery attendee to be easy to use and great towards the ability to perform searches using complex keywords against Exchange,PST, and file searches. Great tool and gets the job done.

I don't believe in miracle but Sherpa came to the rescue and handed me an app that saved my hair :D. Discovery Attender is flexible, complex and very efficient app (and yes, easy to use!!!).

Used this for a litigation search and we found everything we needed.

The product is fantastic. It is easy to use, it performs queries quickly, and every lawyer I have turned data over to was very impressed with the reports and accuracy.

Discovery attender is one of them. Based on what I've used, overall, I have to say discovery attender is least cost but at the same time most consistent and reliable, and effective.
