This allows for a much more timely delivery to the legal department and allows us to meet the strict timelines required during investigations.

Sherpa is great because it offers powerful ediscovery tools in a usable package.

Executive provided me some orientation training and was there to help with any questions I had using it for the first time.

You just need to get logged in and get it over with. If that's a typical search for you, then there's no need to continue.

Overall, I have become very comfortable using DA. This has become my goto package for most searches I need to perform.

The UI is a bit dated and difficult to wrap one's head around at first.

But if you're reading this, I'll bet that's not your typical search. I'll bet you've got at least 3 terms, a 4 year date range, and 5 to 7 different mailboxes to comb through.

And life is about to get a whole lot better. To explain:  a few years back, I was just like you.

The tool is easy to use and intuitive. Very glad we were able to implement it.

You'll have to manually repair, or unlock those troubled files. But then asking DA to run a follow-up search is a right-click away.

I love how easy this product is to use. It is quick and simple and does what we need.

Other email file types may need help from tech support but they have been responsive in writing patches when needed.

I find discovery attendee to be easy to use and great towards the ability to perform searches using complex keywords against Exchange,PST, and file searches. Great tool and gets the job done.

I don't believe in miracle but Sherpa came to the rescue and handed me an app that saved my hair :D. Discovery Attender is flexible, complex and very efficient app (and yes, easy to use!!!).

Used this for a litigation search and we found everything we needed.

The product is fantastic. It is easy to use, it performs queries quickly, and every lawyer I have turned data over to was very impressed with the reports and accuracy.

Discovery attender is one of them. Based on what I've used, overall, I have to say discovery attender is least cost but at the same time most consistent and reliable, and effective.

Anyway, I don't usually write a review, but Discover Attender deserves it. Thank you Sherpa for producing this one of a kind application.

Low cost discovery with good quality features.

Each user, each term, each and every data source, a check-box. It was slow, it was boring, and it was prone to mistakes.

It's what IT would love to have. Customer service is friendly, reliable and easy to deal with.

The upload and import functionality is easy to use. The pricing structure encourages users to include all relevant content without regard for cost which is a great value.

We are a boutique firm and handle a limited number of matters in litigation. However, when we do there is always a large number of documents.

It doesn't have quite as many bells and whistles as relativity,  but the price is so much better you can forgo some of the things.

We have experienced wonderful customer service with NextPoint, and are constantly in touch with our representative (or she frequently checks in with us to hear how things are going).

The software is very cost effective and an easy sell to clients.

Navigation of Nextpoint can be a little confusing. If I have not signed in for a month or so I get turned around when trying to find folders.

I love how easy it is to use and go through documents.

We migrated 180 databases and are now up to close to 250. We give Nextpoint a workout daily and are happy with it's performance and general ease of use on both the user and the administrative sides.

Ease of viewing documents, including related documents and attachments. Searching was also very intuitive.

It is too difficult to tag and search documents. Also difficult to do a production for discovery.

Support is great to work with. I like the Advanced search feature for my new users, it helps them learn how to build searches until they get used to working directly in the search bar.

I like the ease of reviewing documents, flagging for production, redacting. I also like that I can tag for witnesses or facts.

There is nothing that sticks out as a complaint about Nextpoint.

Inability to create subfolders in Review. Inability to change folder names in the File Room.

Good customer support and training. I appreciate the in person training.

It's search functionality is also excellent, one of the most important features in review software. On top of all of that, it is orders of magnitude more affordable than Relativity.

As errors do occur the language on the error doesnt lead the user of the program to getting the issue fixed. Support often likes to say this is how it is, regarding an error.

It is from that vantage I truly appreciate the warm, friendly, and accommodating personality/culture of Nextpoint.

Overall, I have enjoyed using Nextpoint. For me, the biggest selling point for Nextpoint is my ability to do everything on my end without requiring PM time to accomplish things in the platform.

The amount of data we are allowed on here is fantastic. The ease of the program makes it very user friendly.

Many  different ways to organize documents and particularly useful in discovery once you've learned how it operates/all the features. Customer service team is amazing.
