Overall is good. It meets the basic needs of digital signature at an affordable price compared to DocuSign's high cost.
PROSThe simplicity of this system is its greatest asset. Intuitive design will have you up and running with minimal learning curve.
CONSGetting a hold of a live person to ask questions during initial evaluation or set up is almost impossible.

Unlimited document feature for a set license price.
Reasons for switching to DigiSigner
Cost got to high once you pass the basic price point. I like the unlimited document feature of DigiSigner allowing us to grow our business without restrictions.

Digisigner had features like to CODES and multiple signers and a certification of date and time stamp next to the signatures that the other companies did not have in their basic package.

Docusign 21 crf part 11 compliance was so expensive we would not be able to run a business and use the system. We had to make our won compliance and choose something more affordable.

Best I have found for solopreneurs and small businesses
I have not found another site like your where i can edit and complete my contracts while on the phone for the price in which you all charge but if you go up on prices that will make me sad
PROSI am able to complete my documents while the client is on the phone or in chat which keeps me from losing sales
CONSEvery once in a while i may have an issue once i send the document with how i get it signed by multiple parties but no big deal

nothing gave me everything I needed at once for a low cost that I found worth using at the time. Also having an easy setup and being able to place my documents on one system won me over.
Reasons for switching to DigiSigner
Digisigner is easier for me and the client to manage It seems to be easier to use Digisigner while i am making a sales call than to use Adobe. Also, I wanted to use a program that costs less than 20 with everything you offer
