  • Pros

  • Really easy to use for both the business and end user. Quick to set up and the customer service has been great.

  • It is readily accessible and easy to use and tracks the signing and viewing of documents. The support is fast and very helpful.

  • Cons

  • The 'teams' structures can be a little unwieldy - but the support guys are lightening fast if you have any issues.

  • I think that the visual layout could have been more aesthetically pleasing but other than that it functioned as it should.
