PandaDoc is cloud-based document management software that helps users in creating proposals, quotes, human resources documents, contracts and more. The solution is mostly used by sales and marketing teams and company leadership.

PandaDoc allows users to choose from a variety of proposal templates, which are free to download and customize. It also provides options to change the language and currency used in documents depending on regional standards. With its collaboration feature, various teams can collaborate on a single document by commenting and in-activity logging. The built-in e-signature feature allows signers to approve and sign the documents from anywhere anytime.

PandaDoc analytics provides real-time statistics regarding who has viewed the proposal, how many times they saw proposal and how much time spent on the proposal. The dashboard provides an overview of proposal performance.

PandaDoc comes is available via a subscription-based pricing model on per user basis. It provides integration with Salesforce, HubSpot, SugarCRM, ProsperWorks and many more.

A great application to use.

Pros

The streamlined process from beginning a proposal through to sending it to our client ensures they are received in a timelier manner than what we have experienced before. Saving templates and documents allows for a more efficient preparation process, as you don't need to re-create everything from the start. We really like that we can integrate a client's information right through to payment at the acceptance of the proposal. The auto-save function is good to have as is setting up a payment to integrate to another system.

Cons

We found a few glitches when adding extra headers and text fields. Thankfully the autosave function allows you to exit back to the dashboard and you can return to your template without having lost your work.

PandaDoc allows your company to finalize proposals and deal documents with your clients. Instead of sending all your deal documents through multiple emails, attachments, and PDFs, you and your client can simply get everything signed in one PandaDoc document.

Cons

It's not a bad software, but it definitely needs to work on its integration with other software. We wanted to link our PandaDoc with our CRM software and have the signed deals to come through our CRM, and it hasn't been working. Customer support isn't the best either. I've reached out to them and they've looked at our issue a couple times, but then they never followed up even though our issue still persisted.

It has an app! I can use this to create all my documents, put them in templates, have them ready to go for an e=signature. Their customer support is bar none. They are very helpful and quick to respond to any queries.

Cons

It is lacking the ability for comments for the clients I invite to sign my documents otherwise there is nothing I could think of to improve this awesome product!

Pandadoc is the most comprehensive quoting platform I have used. The templates are easy to use, I love the quote approval workflow, we can lock content blocks so we can control the level of freedom a sales rep has.

Cons

I think the only issue is the price. Pandadocs is expensive for small businesses but if you have the budget for it then it is great value.

Its interface is supercool, it is easy to use, design friendly, the library and templates are amazing to save time.
It also allows us to quickly create and send proposals from tablets as well as desktops. The chase function (send reminder) is excellent.
It is very easy for our clients to receive, review, and sign off on orders, contracts and more. It's also great the way you can save visuals and sections of documents into the content library for easy future use.

Cons

what makes me frustrated is T when you are creating tables within your documents, and you press "Tab" to move to the next column. It doesn't move you there, but instead takes you to the next "User" input field which is completely not relevant when you are creating a new document.
Some of my quotations arrive as a spam, so my futurs clients never receive them. There are bug with the typography (the size of the text change for no reason, the bold appears or disappear for no reason, etc).

Pros

Pandadoc is a very easy to use application. My team loves that it is completely mobile. Documents can be sent, viewed and completed on any device. The platform is feature rich and surprisingly self explanatory. The eTutorials are great. They provide screenshots and video grabs of their latest features and more.

Cons

Wish the formatting were more like Microsoft Word or Excel. Building out a document or template can take longer then expected.

Pros

If you have document that require multi level signatures with certain order, this is a nifty tool. You can also audit how long the recipient spent time each page.

Cons

Creating form or document take some time. It requires some skills. Orientation or training is appreciated but it seems it is additional fee.

Intuitive and very easy to learn. Also a little fun to drag the fields around. Makes it so much easier to get signatures, compared to using pen and paper!

Cons

If you start a document and send it out with the wrong email/name somewhere, that person/email becomes permanently associated with the document. Would be helpful if that wasn't a thing, but it's also extremely easy to start a new one.

Really professional looking program. I can customize my documents to whatever I need them to be. Very easy to manage sending and receiving signatures to and from our clients. Completely replaced the back and forth and trying to get signatures on contracts via fax. I can see when the recipient has opened the document or if they have any questions or concerns.

Cons

Sometimes it kicks out the clients when they are trying to submit the signatures. Also can be a little tough to set up new documents from scratch if you've never used the program before.

Pros

Analytics are fantastic, and it's very easy to configure templates. Multiple content library items make the process for updating templates really streamlined.

Cons

Inability to create a deadline for signing, lack of collaboration when sending a proposal, etc. I believe most of the "cons" are already being addressed but it would be so much better with functionality like that.

Before digital contacts we struggled to get paperwork back, it definitely slowed the process down, thanks to PandaDoc we're much more efficient, and have much better contract management and record keeping.

Pros

Easy to setup. Nice and easy to use templates, including product tables and pricing. We have templates for our main products that are ready to go, and additional templates that are customised a bit more before sending. So much faster and more reliable than before.
Really like the link with our CRM (HubSpot) too, so easy to make a contract for a contact at the conclusion of a successful deal.

Cons

Pricing is per user, but we saw little benefit in having multiple users for the way we used the software.

We are cutting time spent on administrative tasks and, being a very geographical dispersed company, cutting costs on outcoming mail and paper.

Pros

For the ones (like me) who loathe paper, this is one of the best ways to keep track of all documents needed on HR Management. It cut's administrative time spent in about 50%.

Cons

The worst part (which is picky) is the fact that e-signatures is an independent product. My suggestion is that on creating a user he/she signs a piece of paper with their signature and the signature would be forever connected with that user.

We are new to the product but we made the move for ability to drag and drop into the scroll. The sales team was very helpful and helped us get set up quickly.

Pros

I love that contrary to our previous provider, we can drag and drop our forms into the scroll of the proposal.

Cons

We can not change the format to go page to page, it is a continuous scroll.

Overall I have been really impressed with PandaDoc because of its ability to be leveraged in many different ways. For example we use PandaDocs for all of our HR documents from offer letters to compensation plans, company policies and even workplace compliance records. We also use PandaDocs for all of our sales documents from order forms, to renewals to scope of work documents. PandaDoc's ease of use paired with its capabilities has made it a company-wide staple.

Pros

My favorite part of the PandaDoc software is how easy it is to use. Once you understand the basics, PandaDocs is incredible intuitive primarily due to its user friendly interface. As my company's PandaDoc administrator I like that PandaDoc doesn't require extensive training to users. This makes it easier to roll out company wide.

Cons

PandaDoc's pricing table can be frustrating because it doesn't function like a typical excel-like spreadsheet. Our sales reps will constantly express their frustration about this. In many cases it limits are capabilities or greatly increases the time and effort we have to spend on certain documents specifically sales orders.

Easy setup, great once you figure out the usability and the ability to add digital signatures definitely outweighs the UI annoyances.

Pros

I like the audit trail for contracts, the workflow and real-time commenting.

Cons

The first time I used it, I found it REALLY hard to use compared to other SaaS products. Silly things like hover-over dropdowns that disappear when you click and the pain of creating your first contract that didn't work the way I expected to was annoying but you get used to it quickly.

We require signatures on contracts and PandaDoc has proven to be a good tool for this.

Pros

The most attractive feature was how it has an integration with Hubspot, this allows our sales deals & contracts that need signing to be tied closely together in Hubspot.

Cons

I would say that when you have multiple users in the same account that it can cause a bit of confusion and can lead to extra time spent looking up docs.

PandaDoc webapp and its chrome plug in extension work well in sync with Pipedrive. So I can track my documents status straight from my CRM. Documents overview is a useful feature too.

Pros

I enjoy using PandaDoc for sending quotes to my customers.

Cons

It seemed so confusing when I first started using it 2 years ago. UX and onboarding could be improved.

Very good for instant proposals and contract drafts, saves a lot of time.

Pros

Pandadoc saves a lot of time and money in drafting important documents
All the drafts and proposals are already ready in it.
Many documents are readily available with draft content and beautiful designs I just have to modify some fields and the document is ready.
This is awesome.
Firstly I came to know about pandadoc from google docs, there are few templates I liked it there so i took trial subscription of pandadoc and i really liked it.
We can even send signed documents as well as ask clients to sign it.we can also download pdf document and share.

Gives 15 days trial and full access to all documents :)

Cons

Need adobe support and digital signature support so everyone can digitally sign it, no need of pandadoc.

It helps me send more proposals (for example) for a shorter amount of time, compared with the software I was using before.

Pros

It does what it is supposed to do, it is easy to use, it offers templates, it offers doc builder featute, too.

Cons

There are some issues, when connectim with my clients, I always have to be aware and write to them, because the software sends regilar treads and they can't find the emails sometimes. This definitely needs improvement.

Overall, this has been a great experience and we've actually recommended the platform to two of our clients.

Pros

This allows us to streamline our proposals to have a customized proposal for each client while starting about 50%-75% of the way there due to the saved templates. The collaboration between approval before sending out and vetting proposals is nice as well.

Cons

It can be a little bulky or glitchy when moving blocks around in the template. I think upon set up some of the brand formating that was set up also is the cause to some of the font colors and sizes changing randomly.

Customer support was hard to get a hold of and issues were left unaddressed. We used PandaDoc for a year we had decided not to renew but missed the deadline, so the product auto-renewed. When we notified PandaDoc they said they would not provide a refund due to the terms of service. This after we documented and presented the issues we were experiencing. The request was made twice and both times it was denied. Bad customer service, and slow response times. I cannot reccomend the product based on our experiences

Pros

On the surface it appears very easy to use however it is challenging to truly create print ready proposals, contracts and documents. Staff would invest considerable time attempting to add page breaks, and ensure formatting worked but then items would shift and the end product would present poorly.

Cons

PandaDoc fails if you or your client ever intends to print the document. For us contracts, proposals, etc all need to be printed and when they come out with formatting mistakes it reflects poorly on us as a company. The customer support is also not easy to get a hold of and they denied our request for a refund when we shared the issues we were having which was disapointing.

It is really time saver software. With PandaDoc, we had to have the capability to prepare better proposals faster. It is like an e-commerce software. You send a proposal and wait for its online confirmation. It's great.

Pros

I like most of its user interface design. You can easily create, send and track your proposals. You can get notifications when your proposal open and confirmed online.

Cons

It is relatively expensive. You have to subscribe the more expensive subscription packages to benefit some other great features.
