Affordable and consumer friendly secure document management tool
Overall experience was great. Signing a document is as easy as reading it from Google docs or any cloud storage provider, grad and drop the saved signature and store it back to the cloud.
PROSWe love this product. We use both iOS and Android version. Easy to use and affordable. Subscription is managed by Apple of Google. It has seamless integration with Google docs and other cloud storage providers to read/write documents. Its intuitive interface makes the document signing so easy.
CONSLack of workflow for document management like in docusign. Enterprise level functionality was missing at least in the version that we were using at that time. Monthly subscription is a bit expensive for a light user who may need the service a few times a month.

Affordable solution for e-signature documents!
The product is easy to use, and was 1/10th of the price of DocuS*gn, when all we needed it for was to allow customers to eSign proposals. Some of our customers struggled with opening the documents/emails at first, but it was easy to walk them through. The document creation process is very simple, drag and drop.
CONSThere aren't many features for selecting one of several options, or for doing a checkmark list, etc., but this was to be expected. I believe this is why the price is so cheap, and it was worth it for us.

SIgneasy was the only software with an affordable unlimited plan.
Reasons for switching to Signeasy
They wanted to up the price to over $5,000 for unlimited documents, when we are literally just sending proposals, probably only 1 of 5 will be signed.

Potential for Improvement
It started off great, but now I think we will have to part ways. It is becoming too difficult to change all of our documents to match the system, and the cost just increased by 50%.
PROSI like the simplicity of sign easy. There are multiple features that are very useful.
CONSI do not like that I can no longer attach a 'xlsm' document. When we initially signed up we were able to do this. then they stopped, but we still had to pay the same price. Almost all documents we use, are xlsm.

Great Value for Product
The product is easy to use and the support team is phenomenal.
PROSI enjoy that I have unlimited signatures and the system is easy for clients to use with little assistance. I like the formatting and options for documents. When I have an issue, the support team is always prompt with their response and solution.
CONSI would like to be able to save recipients as I go instead of having to upload a contacts list.

Great product for the money!
I would give this platform an 8 out of 10 on being user friendly. Most of the process is intuitive!
PROSIt is easy for users to know where and how to sign the document. I enjoy that everything is automated and the fully executed documents come back to me automatically after all signatures are collected. I like that I get updates to my inbox along the way too!
CONSI am not able to use my email address, the one associated with my account, to be one of the signers on the document. As a result, I have to use one of my personal email accounts to sign documents and then receive the fully executed documents back to my work email.

Signeasy eased Sales Doc process
Very well. Lowered our contract and legal time
PROS- Setting up document is very easy. It take a minute to set up the document and sent for signature
CONS- Better signature feature (should have better signature where using mouse it's easier to sign)

The best one
Signeasy is the best digital signature method and costs less. I love that there's less hassle and less time invested.
PROSSetting up an account takes just a few minutes.I like the look of Signeasy, it's easy to navigate and get what I need. It's the best way to send out/send in signed documents. Custom documents are simple to create or edit. Customer service is helpful and knowledgeable, easy to understand. Signeasy works best on a large screen but it will work on mobile devices as well. The price is good.
CONSI thought there was a problem with clients not receiving documents but it turned out to be a setting I hadn't changed. I've had no problems since then.

Overall a good document signing platform
I like it's ease of use and efficiency.
CONSI do not like how in order to change a document, you have to start all over from scratch. I also dislike that I have to pay a premium price for not even using half the bells and whistles- they need a basic option for a local small business like me.

Initially it was the cost but now it's getting high, we may look other places again.

I've been using SignEasy for years for my business and love it!
It has saved e so much time in the office and makes my business day that more productive!
PROSI love the easy to use layout and the ability to automatically email clients their copies of contracts. Plus, clients tell me they love it too! I sign contracts with clients in person on my iPad Pro, and they say how professional it looks. Also, the ability to email client's their contract copies right away (or anytime) is actually a great feature because in the past I've needed to look up a client's contract and couldn't seem to easily find it on my end. However, I did a search in my email and because I automatically email clients their contracts as soon as they sign, I easily found it in my email. Just a nice little bonus! Overall, great product! I think my small business has used it for over 3 years now and I've had various service packages with SignEasy.
CONSFirst off, the customer service is AWESOME! I called to change my EasySign service plan one year as I needed different features. It was so easy and the customer service was FAST! On that note, I wish there was a way to send/email/backup all the contracts I have saved in my SignEasy account. Right now, I'd have to individually email each contract to myself to back it up, and no one has time for that!

Good product

PROSi always sign contracts for my rentals vacation and signeasy is a very good and easy software and do the job very well. The support is very good also and they give answer very quickly

Best value that a company can get!
I recommend Signeasy to anyone who could benefit from it. I make sure that it is known how great a value it is, and how simple it is to use.
PROSI love how simple it is and I love that the price makes sense.
CONSI do think that there are functions that I am not utilizing but I have not needed to yet.

Super Impressed So Far
We need authorization forms signed for every tax return we file and we were going a very round about way to get these documents signed electronically for customers who couldn't make it into our office. Docusign was expensive and limited in what you could get for your money and our tax software was as well. Signeasy has been a WONDERFUL value, with excellent customer service, and virtually zero problems throughout the first few months of us using this program.
PROSEverything has been super easy, from the purchase to sending documents. It's easy for our clients to understand as well.
CONSI wish there was a way to encrypt and have customers type in a password to sign.

Easier than Docusign
In order to submit invoices, I need signatures from the clients that I serve to verify the work has been completed and this makes it so much easier than to go around and ask for a signature, scan the document and send it to the indicated person.
PROSWhen I was looking into a program where I could get electronic signatures, I looked into various websites. I tried docusign but I was too confused with how it was set up. Then I found SignEasy and it was easier to use. I also like how I am able to remind the person to sign the document.

Good choice for straightforward esigning functionality
Very useful especially for multiple locations, even more so when they begin with the requester's remote working.
PROSEasy to operate independently of company systems and then save resulting documents onto our servers
CONS1) it should autosave drafts at any stage2) it does not allow switching backwards and forwards between set-up (signers, messages to them etc, document selection including one at a time) and the designing of the requests themselves (ie where to add signatures etc)3) i could not see whether it is possible for the requester to add an explanatory note (like "Add Comment" in a Word document), so i have to email these separately - this would be helpful4) it should remember signers I have used previously, so I don’t have to choose between uploading entire contacts lists (which shouldn’t really be there at all) and copy/pasting signers’ details every time.

Easy to use and reasonably priced
I have an extremely happy in the two years using this product. My only complaint would be CUSTOMER SERVICE response time and utilizing through text message.
PROSI work with the disabled population they are able to navigate and use this portal and signing documents.
CONSI wish there was a feature to send it through text message for my clients that are not able to use a computer due to their disability or affordability

Great software for singing off and completion of engineer reports.

PROSThe software is very easy to use. It's great for getting almost any kind of document signed. It's helped our business get proof of visits and times we we're at site.making life easier when invoicing clients.
CONSSoftware should be able to store more than 1 signature as sometimes you have to sign lots of sheets and being able to store more than 1 signature would make this easier. Also this would make it easier for times when you can't get a signal for uploading.

Save huge amounts of paper and optimize your times.
Previously, the process from the end of the negotiation to the beginning of operations was not closed until we had the original contract signed by the client, which could take us up to a week considering that they are possibly in another part of the world. Now with SignEasy's online signature we can reduce it to a few hours or even immediately. We have increased our conversion rate more than 15% since we implemented it.
PROSIn the firm we implemented a few months ago the digital confidentiality contracts and agreements, necessary for the start of our operations with clients, greatly helping in logistics with our clients, being an extremely easy-to-use platform for users.
CONSThe business costs of the Business plan are adequate in relation to the cost you can save for messaging and time invested. However, if your operation is not so recurrent, an inferior plan such as the Pro can be somewhat expensive for small businesses or for occasional operations.

Enjoy the ease of use and how it easily works with other programs.
Ease of use, great for getting that signature and completely the paperwork later.
PROSThe ease of getting signatures. If the person I need a signature from is not available I can email it and they email it back signed... Love that.
CONSNot much to dislike. Simple program that interfaces with everything you can do. When something is found to be a possible problem, support looks into it and fixes it before it becomes a problem.

Not as affordable as it used to be.
It is indeed easy for my customers to use.
PROSI like the fact that I can complete forms with multiple dates. This may seem obvious but I've tried others and it is not always available.
CONSIt is hard to manage font sizes. It doesn't have a default that can be set. Each time I open a new form I have to adjust the font size. It is irritating since I often use the same form repeatedly and every time I have to change it to a different size. Even if I saved the draft and returned later. Also, the price has gone up so much I can no longer afford the level I used to have. I've been using this app since its infancy. I get that as things become more popular the price goes up. But a high enough hike leads to me thinking of other apps or other ways to meet my signature needs.
