The editing features are limited and some of the video guides are old so some things aren’t the same when viewing the current version.

The drawback to BombBomb is that it's video, and people worry about what they look like on camera.

The simplicity of this software is great for those of us who aren’t very tech savvy. The read/watched receipts are also great.

It's easy to use, has tons of very cool features everything is easy to find. The tech support team is wonderful too.

What's more, it's relatively easy to use for both our team (creating the videos) and our end-users (watching the videos on all kinds of devices with varying levels of internet/data connections).

We are investigating using BombBomb because we use a competitor Bonjoro, which we love EXCEPT it doesn't let just text a message, it requires you to email it.

I like the fact that I can integrate my videos into my emails to clients and I can track when they open my email, watch the video and how many times they come back to my video.

When you need to create a longer video about 1 minute it fails to upload or will not preview. Also when you (send) and e-mail when this happens it does not get delivered.

The most beneficial tool in BombBomb for us is automations. Love the tracking features (opens, clicks, video views, click mapping).

Can text-message filipino worked through app, even on free mode. Messaging/chat options are way better than other messaging apps.

The time clock integration with shift scheduler has been a great tool in keeping track of the ongoing projects.

Sheduling is great as you can set up to 12 months ahead with each job. Cost is great for the options you get.

It literally does everything - timeclock, communication, directory, analytics, task assignments, scheduling, mobile friendly, easy to use, looks sleek, can be tailored to certain groups or teams.

The inability for the employees to update their submitted expenses. The expense must be submitted again so duplicates are created in the process.

Customer Service was beyond excellent, refreshing  for a change. Other companies would benefit to mentor after your customer service.

There are still missing features, but after each update, the product gets closer and closer to fix all my problems.

The software is only for the team and there are no many options for the customers of the business.

The second is to allow API access. Third, allow staff to be assigned jobs with a value which can then be paid via Stripe.
