AXIO has tons of promise but need a solid foundation to get there.

This is definately a tier 1 solution but also a tier 1 price and headache that is not well defined. Make sure to have a great plan, team and budget in place to even think about having a positive outcome.

PROS

It has all the functionality ever desired, can accomodate any situation, very flexible and powerful for any transaction volume.

CONS

While it has a long list of pros, it takes a tremendous amount of resources to get there. It will take a larger budget than initially anticipated along with timeline, frustration, dedicated resources and plenty of compromise. I've found many folks to not reach the end goal but to call it quits and say it is good enough.
