Best experience for events
It moves our event attendees from the various social media platforms and keep them glued to the event.

A great app solution for our event
Overall, the experience with Meeting Application has been a positive one. Staff using the back end of the app were pleased with the ease of use, and event delegates using the front end of the app were pleased with the amount of information relayed about the event through the app, and the ease of use. We look forward to the next app update.
PROSThe back end of the app is very easy to use and to upload / update information. The front end of the app is clean, easy to navigate and very user friendly.
CONSSponsor banners rotate on click (page refresh), but it would be preferable if the banners would rotate based on a time frame (where the client could choose the amount of time to assign to each banner). Some of our users had issues logging it, but I've been told that this issue will be fixed with the next update of the app. We would also like to see a Delegate List, similar to the Speaker List, so the app users can see the complete list of event attendees, beyond those who have logged in to the app. And lastly, the option to duplicate a notification would be a great asset to this app.

The sunny side of Meeting Application
We started working with Meeting Application at a time when our professional event was making a strong digital shift both editorially and technically. Feedback from our delegates shows that the application makes it easier for them to access key information to make business connections. We would still need to work on more incentives to encourage interactions within the application before and after the event.
PROSThe possibility to connect it (API) to our own database to provide high value information such as the delegates list of our marketplace event on a daily basis.
CONSThe gamification and business matching components could be more user friendly. The event agenda being the most popular feature, our delegates would like to be able to export some events and meetings in their own personal agenda (Outlook…)

Meeting Application Made our Franchise Meeting Amazing!
Meeting Application allowed my team the time to focus on the event and worry less about the app which really gave us more time to spend on making the event better. I would recommend building and testing your app with Android and iOS devices, seeing the differences between them earlier would have been helpful to us in development.
PROSMeeting Application made us look good! The app has a very low technical bar for entry with great customer care in the gaps. If you know basic word processing, you're set! Meeting Application was exactly what we were looking for, containers for content my team was developing straight ahead. I didn't have to build an app from scratch, I only needed to place content into containers within the app and test the app for function on devices.
CONSMaking an adjustment to Day elements would change Event element times from PM to AM. The app language changed on a very small number of Android devices. Welcome email failed on initial send, causing some registration confusion but everyone was still able to register. The app experience is noticeably better between Android and iOS.

Room for improvement but adequet
