Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • Dispatch console has tremendously improved our field technician management and work order assignments.

  • What we have benefited the most from with this software is the customization we have been able to do to tailor it to our very specific business and work flow needs

  • Cons

  • The reports are one of the most useful aspects but creating custom reports takes a bit of getting used to

  • There are very few things I dislike. They are Minuscule compared to the things we like about this software

  • Pros

  • The product is easy to use! I like the messages that it sends the customers. The scheduling is amazing. Just an amazing product.

  • This program is very easy to use and within house all has got to be the best I have ever seen

  • Cons

  • Although it is a very user-friendly system, I did have to separate my quickbooks from the server as it didn't merge as well as was originally thought.

  • When you refer other pros if they stay on the free trial till it runs out they wont give you the referral bonus
