FleetLogic is a cloud-based field service application for service teams in small and midsize companies. It offers contact and inventory management, billing and invoicing, work order management, dispatch and more.
FleetLogic enables service managers to view where field technicians are, the jobs they are working on, next scheduled assignments and job status. With the FleetWorks mobile app, job assignments can be pushed to a technician’s mobile device remotely, and assignment information can include labor, parts, notes and more.
Technicians can update work orders in real time, upload photos and capture customer signatures. Offline mode allows technicians to capture data without an internet connection. Users have access to equipment and asset location, status, history, photos and parts catalogs both remotely and in the field.
Pricing is per user per month. Support is offered through an online portal, via email and over the phone.
