  • Pros

  • Scheduling and mapping are excellent. Great integration with Quickbooks.
  • No more squinting and trying to read your technicians chicken scratches which is suppose to pass as handwriting. Has fantastic search query ability.
  • Cons

  • The only way to take payment was to go back to the web browser and sync the program to quickbooks for my invoice to show. This is a huge waste of time and extra steps.
  • Not cloud or web-based: lose power at the office, and the mobile techs can be at a loss.

  • Housecall Pro helps facilitate the scheduling, dispatching and invoicing of all our customers. Easy to use and it is nice to have a data base, historical record of each customer to easily go back to.
  • I like ease of use, price and the great customer service & support. I had looked at & tried other software but this one fit all of my needs.
  • Cons

  • No real problems but the interface is kind of boring. But that is just being nitpicky.
  • Users on Facebook complained the software lags and cannot find customers in database for 5 minutes because of the the large number of customers in their system.
