It failed to do so & it completely altered our inventory, leaving our staff unable to invoice for over a week.

Customer Service is terrible. Every time we have an issue, they say they will take care of it and then something else goes wrong.

It is very user friendly and the customer support has been very good.

Quickbooks integration came along too late for us to play with or even consider. The support team is pretty responsive and helpful when available.

The demo and set up was great. They did the hard part with our onboarding.

We've been able to negotiate lower prices as a long time customer, but if we had to pay today's rates based on what we know now, we would look for something else.

The weaknesses we struggled through for the first 2 years really left it on the back burner as far as fully implementing and incorporating it further into our customer contact operations.

I have not used anything slower since dial up internet. No one at the company can give us a straight answer as to when fixed will be implemented and everyone gives the run around to save themselves.

The cost and ease of use. It was very easy to implement into the company.

Takes abit to get the hang finding the customers names, ie sometimes its the first name and sometimes its the last, and if you do not have the correct spelling - your lost.

Work orders and maintenance management tools allow a user to synchronize individual work orders with job sites. When a job is finished, ServiceBox generates a report to deliver to the customer’s email.
