Perfect solution for us

Nexterna's staff has been exceptional over the 15+ years we've been partnered with them. They are responsive and experts in their field. They are always helpful to collaborate on new challenges by using experience they've gained from many years of working in the Service industry.

Pros

Clearview has the stability of a stand alone product but it's best feature is that it's designed specifically to allow you customize it meet our particular requirements to run our business. We've developed several bidirectional interfaces with our ERP system that allow us to integrate invoicing, customer masters and item masters.

Cons

Internet browser dependency has created challenges with our corporate IT policies but we have found work-arounds for the most part.

We could not have found a better partner in Nexterna. From the design and planning stages to the rollout and now ongoing support, Nexterna has been with us every step of the way. We needed a system that was flexible and configurable and we found that with Clearview. We have been able to take our core business processes and configure the system to meet our needs. This helps us deliver exceptional service to our customers. The software has also given more visibility to data that our associates could not see in the past and now they have this information at their fingertips.

Cons

The view of the dispatch board is a limited in the version we have. We believe this has been improved with the new version.
