Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • So far it has been very easy to learn and use, especially for employees in the field. They have almost enjoyed learning to use it.

  • Very easy to teach new employees how to use it.

  • Cons

  • A better overall calendar view would be easier for our techs. It could be a little more intuitive, but some of that could be lack of user knowledge

  • The only con was that it did not tie into our existing software program as we do not use QB but other then that it was aces. And we did find a work around so even that was not a huge problem.

  • Pros

  • It is easy to use and customer service is great.

  • I like it’s a all in one software and it has some great features

  • Cons

  • A little tricky to get around at the start, but once you understand the capabilities it is awesome.

  • I WOULD LIKE IT IF THE INTEGRATIONS WERE MOVING ALONG A BIT FASTER. ALSO, INVENTORY SEEMS TO BE DIFFICULT TO GRASP FOR US.
