Pros/Cons

Pros
I like that it is easy to use, and I am able to find what I am looking for very quickly
It is very easy to use and once the user understands how the software works, it is very fast to use.

Cons
This software is great, the only issue our techs have experienced is in areas with poor cell service.
Not really much, there has been some bugs here and there, but they are quick to act on them and update any issues.

I like it’s a all in one software and it has some great features

Cons
A little tricky to get around at the start, but once you understand the capabilities it is awesome.
I WOULD LIKE IT IF THE INTEGRATIONS WERE MOVING ALONG A BIT FASTER. ALSO, INVENTORY SEEMS TO BE DIFFICULT TO GRASP FOR US.
