CertifID allows us to sleep at night, knowing that our wiring instructions for our company, as well as the wiring instructions we have received from our clients have been sent and received in a secure manner AND each wire sent and received is insured.

Sometimes, a client will “fail” to be CertifID, but the error message doesn’t indicate why the person failed.

Great Team, great value add to our business model.

I love being able to send and verify wire instructions and that there is additional insurances in place to prevent wire fraud.

I wish there was more of an integration with ResWare to pull the data out from settlement lines and/or push the data into settlement lines.

We love CertifID because it ups our sense of legitimacy and safety to law firm.

The cost is the biggest hurdle. We would like to use the payoff certification, but since it's monthly, its hard to accurately pass the cost to the customer.
