BrokerPro is easy to use and needs little to now training. Its ease of use has increased our productivity and allowed us to focus on employee development and company growth.

Our customers and carriers were transferred in seconds. The customer service group from their corporate office is always there to help with any questions we may have.

ALSO -- they are integrated with SaferWatch and MCP so it's super great about making sure you are on top of your carrier's status and insurance.

Pay for what you need, not just what somebody is trying to sale you.

Can't really think of a single thing that I don't like honestly.

The thing that I like the most about the program is it's ease of use.

Im not sure that there is anything that I dont like about BrokerPro.

Have used other broker software and have never had the ease of use, reliability, plus the excellent customer service as received from ISS.

It has reduced our load building times and with it's seamless integration with so many of our other service providers I was able to hold off hiring additional staff. I highly recommend Broker Pro.

You are able to customize the check calls and status how you like that. You are able to group the load board by dispatcher or sales person.

I strongly recommend it to anyone in the freight brokerage industry. Also the support is hands down the best.

Great platform for a small broker that needs full TMS capability. It has all the functions needed for a great price.

The support team is great and responds quickly if any questions arise. I would definitely recommend.

The only thing I dislike is that when your looking for a load and you pause on the search it just searches itself without me finishing typing.

Unfortunately every complaint I had ever received turned out to be true. Even when the issue is BrokerPro's servers not working.

It is simple to use and the support is great to work with. They actually listen and are willing to make changes for you.

Good software for freight brokers of mid size.

Unless of course you are willing to pay through the nose for it. The changes they made were done with no warning so we never had an opportunity to make a case to keep features.

I have been approached to use other software companies, however I am more than satisfied with the way this fits my company. Hands down the best all the way around.

Ease of Use, Excellent features for adding customers and carriers. Customer Service group guided  us before and during implementation.

Since I started with them, I've had to call- once. And it was something that I clicked on, on accident.

I love the simplicity and ease of use costumer service is great.

Currently we can no longer add files to the system. There seems to be some disconnect in what ITS dispatch sales offers and what the system can actually do.

Limited in the necessary load entry data and very limited in the drivepay options.

There is no support available for problems on weekends. Bill of Ladings need to be more customizable.

Pros: Products is wonderfully easy to use and the integration with Internet Truckstop is a nice feature to have. Other features such as the dashboard give a good read of where things are at a glance.

It is easy to use and provides the info need to make decisions.

I like being able to see who clicks on our loads so I can follow up with them to see if they have questions.

My overall experience has been great using this service.I keep my trucks loaded with the best market rates available.

ITS has been a good product for us. We do not use it to its full capability but have been happy with the parts we use.

I initially went with ITS Dispatch because of the Truckstop brand however now I’m regretting my decision. They have not put forth the effort to maintain the system.

Easy to use, We like the cloud based as we can access it anywhere. Wish it integrated with Rand McNally  and Drive Axle.

No easy way to pay truck owner and driver without complicated maneuvering. There is NO way for you to self upload FUEL into system.
