Great program i am sold i have been looking for the perfect fit for awhile.

The GPS functionality is pretty good, especially the reporting capabilities and the open API which allows connection to other systems.

This product has been great for us to use and the updates and ease of use are great.

Some GPS units will get lost and during that down time we cant track the route of the truck. And to be able to fix it the tech requires us to have the truck with us to trouble shoot it.

Your customer service is outstanding. People are always friendly and making sure they helped us in the proper way.

Thanks for all that you do and the help that you have provided us. Because of this program, we have saved money in gasoline, labor, and insurance.

The fact the the tracking is not always use to find the driver but it can be used to get a driver into trouble for being in a location.

Easy to use and allows you to see your fleet in real time or the history of the route.

GPS Insite has been fantastic it helps me keep track of our fleet at a moments ease.

She was super nice, caring, and willing to help me with whatever I needed. She even gave me her cell phone number because we had to install after hours.

I love its real time visibility, love the function we have built in that tells us what has been dropped off / picked up.

The only problem I have experienced is one of the units came loose and was losing communication with the server.

The worse experience, and I thought Intuit was bad.

This is a very clean program, and modern, the layout is very nice to move around in. Adding a new load, and then dispatching it is very nice, best I have seen.

Frustrating when you need a report and don't get it by any means.

What I don't like about it is that it management lags and it takes a while to load. It has an IFTA function so usually during those times the program lags more than often.

The customer service is AMAZING. They are very responsive and attentive, & professional.

Android, tablet or iPhone, they all have the same problem.

Am using this application for 2 years it works perfect and easy navigation.

User Friendly for sure, folks are very nice to speak with, Invoicing is very nice.

It is very easy to set up & they allow a 14 day trial with access to all of the features. They cover everything with this software & allow integration with many other applications that I use daily.

When you take a picture and upload it through the app, the image loose so much pixels that its hard for the dispatcher to read fuel receipts, bols etc.

I want to stay with them, they need to get moving faster on these issues, they are good folks.

I like how promiles is integrated with this program.

What we wanted was an efficient program that was easy to read and easy to teach as we have started growing.

Some did offer more functions at the time but trucklogics were able to catch up but their learning curve was bad and the software design was horrilbe.
