I love the simplicity and ease of use costumer service is great.

Currently we can no longer add files to the system. There seems to be some disconnect in what ITS dispatch sales offers and what the system can actually do.

Limited in the necessary load entry data and very limited in the drivepay options.

There is no support available for problems on weekends. Bill of Ladings need to be more customizable.

Pros: Products is wonderfully easy to use and the integration with Internet Truckstop is a nice feature to have. Other features such as the dashboard give a good read of where things are at a glance.

It is easy to use and provides the info need to make decisions.

I like being able to see who clicks on our loads so I can follow up with them to see if they have questions.

My overall experience has been great using this service.I keep my trucks loaded with the best market rates available.

ITS has been a good product for us. We do not use it to its full capability but have been happy with the parts we use.

I like  the fact that I can enter all my loads and organize my billing all in one place.

Simple and still comprehensive. We like all the integrations that make it easy to plug into other things.

No easy way to pay truck owner and driver without complicated maneuvering. There is NO way for you to self upload FUEL into system.

Software has all the things you can think of. Great reports, and you can store files on trucks, drivers, and all your exp data.

It is super easy to have an asset based operation and have a brokerage operation and run them on the same screen. It is also super easy to move a load from the one division to another as needed.

I love that it integrates with QuickBooks Online. This makes it easy for our accounting side of operations.

We switched our TMS system and had so many problems. Finally, after 4 months we switched to Tailwind...and we have never looked back.

There are many features that make it the ease of taking little time for paperwork when doing dispatch and keeping track of loads.

The warnings can cause an inconvienence when they continuously popup everytime something is resaved.

We use Tailwind to populate Pinterest pins from website, blog, and social media content. It has been super helpful in tracking pins performance.

Occasionally the drivers have problems seeing their load confirmation information. This mostly has to do with our owner/operators.

Learning has been through application and no real upgraded training takes place.

Reasonably committed to product improvement and feedback from end users.

Just call or email their support team, responses are always quick and solutions just as good.

Aesthetics was a huge consideration, and who ever designed this software had feng shui in mind, great to look at.

During integration their customer support via live chat that stays with you on each screen is amazing. It's as good as having an in house IT department in your office working on your system all day.

I like how easy it is to use the software, easy to navigate.

Very user friendly, the ability to use templates makes order entry fast & easy. Integrates very well with Quick-Books.
