This software has good intentions. It is meant to keep customer database and other aspects of business in one system.

Great dealing with the staff and I like how easy the program is easy to use.

They were very helpful setting up the program to run with our system we had in place already. The inventory part of the program is great.

Sometimes the reports can be a little confusing to figure out which ones to use for what.

They'd fix one thing just for it to mess up something else.

At one point we had to reinput ALL of our inventory numbers for two locations because they had messed it up so badly it was better to just start from scratch.

Easy system to learn and use. If you need help they have a great support team.

Its nice to filter to specific criteria. I need to get better and learn more about all the financial tools to help monitor my business P&L.

The software is very easy to use and very user friendly. Adding customer and schedule is very nice.

Its very easy to use and i doesn't cost any more to have your staff on the app version which inherently minimizes costs, the site has never been down in 2 plus years of use so very stable.

Also like how you can customize it. Also customer service does a pretty decent job of answering and helping quickly with any issues.

It takes up so much of my time. I have no control I have to ask them for everything I need.

I would recommend Better Software to anyone. Also the customer service chat is great, everyone is quick and extremely helpful and amazing customer service representatives.

They have some of the best customer service staff I've ever had the pleasure of working with. Very knowledgeable staff, very pleasant.

In the end, they basically admitted they were moving in a different direction that what they had sold us on and told us they would no longer be able to meet our needs.

The customer support and integration team is the best.

The staff with Better Software are always very helpful, responsive and creative. They have helped mold the product to better serve our needs as adjustments were needed.

They do not tie together and this can be very confusing from a tech point of view.

I love everything about this software. We moved from another software that was super hard to use and not a single person was there to help us.

Stop sitting on the fence and request a demo. One of my Franchisees asked why didn't we do this a couple of years ago.

It allows us to go as granular or high level as we want with our day to day zoning and pricing, which is something we leverage differently in each city.

It manages our business process from start to end. The team are there every step of the way to help with the integration and support.

It also helped manage and pull sales, profit, booking reports from all our franchisee units across the country.

If you make a mistake scheduling a new customer it takes over 20 mins for the appointment to disappear from the schedule. It is also difficult to send a customer an invoice.

The good thing is that Vonigo has an online scheduler piece. Their software team has good support, and they have great onboarding team.

Vonigo is truly at the heart of our franchisee experience, and we're thrilled to have found a partnership that we can see true longevity in.

Sometimes there is a delay in the speed in which the customer gets the email of our invoice by 6-12 minutes.

The ability to automate invoicing, estimate follow ups, via email and text messaging.

The money I lost over the time it took me to sign up with Vonigo due to ineffectiveness in my company is crazy.

It can be hard to figure out all the tricks of the program such as blocking off times in the calendar and adjusting information for the owners.

Ease of use and customizable. The reporting is solid and the abilities of the system are great.

I would recommend Vonigo to any small business looking to grow quickly and am happy to be a reference for the improvements they've made possible for our company.

Overall the efficiencies and time savings that Vonigo produces is well worth the money.

I think it is an easy to use phone system that gets exactly what we need done.

The best part has been their support team, they always reply fast to my questions and if it is too complicated they will prepare small video tutorials for me.

Apparent was not made for Habitat - not far from it but enough that it is difficult sometimes.

I really like how easy it is to get to the recordings and switching over the phones from user to user for the order.

I dont like how it will sometimes cut you out from completing something when the order takes a long time when you are on the phone with a donor.
