Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • The interface and available functionality has been great!

  • I've worked with this product a long time and it works well.

  • Cons

  • The customization to build any field in the system is great but when you customize you do not have all of the original functionality of the product.

  • Until recently, I felt like the design/user interface was a little dated. But with the recent update, it's much more visually and functionally pleasing!

  • Pros

  • Scheduling is great and easy to use. The systemisation use in our workplace has been excellent.

  • Love the messaging options, keeps communication easy

  • Cons

  • The back end of the site took a little while to learn. Settings and managing lists can be a bit confusing to find, but once you do, you don't forget it.

  • Sometimes a little glitchy with both apps and the website. I have had days where the lite app has crashed and we weren't able to find our schedule; however, it was quickly resolved.
