Documents are easily accessible and live in one place. Data can be integrated into our other platforms like Qlik.

I liked the follow up process with leads and how we could set up specific categories for buckets to organize lead flow.

One of the best feature for us is the Online Store we were able to create for our franchisees. It's professional looking and super easy to use.

The modules are extensive with many options so it can be overwhelming at the start. We made two mistakes; trying to do every thing at once and waiting too long to  buy the program.

I like the fact that Franconnect is user friendly and can be integrated with Docusign.

The customer support has greatly improved and the platform is super simply to get used to.

Honestly, I hate most of it. The platform moves so slowly, doesn't load properly, and glitches all the time.

Since day 1, the team was awesome and providing us all the tools, support, and guidance for best practices.

The staff at FranConnect is very helpful and great to work with.

Be able to assure their customers that there will be no glitches (or very minimal ones) after quarterly releases.

It failed to do so & it completely altered our inventory, leaving our staff unable to invoice for over a week.

Clean design, simple setup. This was our first step in taking the business from paper to a software with mobile capabilities.

Customer Service is terrible. Every time we have an issue, they say they will take care of it and then something else goes wrong.

The mobile app is great for our guys in the field to use. Straight forward pretty simple.

It has a very fluid customization feature. Working in HTML is really nice and the support to help you get through it is phenomenal.

There are VERY limited reports, unable to scale a business with this software.

Perfect fit that has the option to integrate with Quickbooks, but works as a standalone if you want to separate it from your accounting system.

I have been using this application for 2 years. It is quick and easy to use.

MHelpdesk makes very eye-pleasing invoices and billing statements, and they are easy to manipulate and add/change information on.

Quickbooks integration came along too late for us to play with or even consider. The support team is pretty responsive and helpful when available.

Love this product and it is great value for money. Looked at other products out their but they don't do what this one can do for the same money.

I would recommend this for any IT company looking for a great program at a wonderful price to help grow and move into the future.

Best thing about MHelpDesk is that its all online and they have very supportive customer service reps.

I think it's a great knowledgerbase and Accounts receivable tool.

The demo and set up was great. They did the hard part with our onboarding.

We've been able to negotiate lower prices as a long time customer, but if we had to pay today's rates based on what we know now, we would look for something else.

The weaknesses we struggled through for the first 2 years really left it on the back burner as far as fully implementing and incorporating it further into our customer contact operations.

I have not used anything slower since dial up internet. No one at the company can give us a straight answer as to when fixed will be implemented and everyone gives the run around to save themselves.
