  • Pros

  • The software is very user friendly and integrates with Quickbooks very well.
  • The program is very user friendly as is the onboarding process. Easy navigation within both the mobile version for our field technicians and also within the office user license on the admin side.
  • Cons

  • We continue to have technical problems and are unable to login. This is causing major problems for our dispatchers.
  • Not mobile friendly for the office side, terrible tech support, unable to import data from Housecall Pro, price is higher than other systems and doesn't offer anything special.

  • Simpro is a powerful platform and integrates very well with other financial software that we use. It allows for all departments in our company to work seamlessly together.
  • Dispatching, Purchase order, Estimating and billing portion of the software top notch flow great to together awesome.
  • Cons

  • Inventory management is difficult in my business. Also forgot to hit save a few times and lost my quote.
  • Simpro lied and misled me at the very start to get my business now wont refund me what i have paid now i have cancelled. Now in the hands of my solicitor.
