We have brought this issue up for years. When a user is deactivated their job history on work orders is lost.

The thing I like most for me is the link to the map quest or Google maps. Using an Apple phone I have relative ease and getting to the comments field and adding attachments or services.

I hate how its hard to invoice a]] and hate how it shows paid and will send a payed invoice when i havent even entered in a price amount.

Love the way I can just put it on peoples routes and not have to remember to tell them. As long as they Sync it works wonderful.

Features are awesome and integration to QB is as well.

We also have had over 6 instances where the Razor Sync invoicing and payments have caused customers to get double charged and I have had to call and have the second charge reversed.

I have had to major issues with the software. Almost every problem encountered was due to lack of user knowledge about the software.

Scheduling jobs and invoicing costumes on site with RazorSync is awesome. Our customers like to get an invoice right on site.

Workwave said you're in a 2 year contract and workwave deliberately did not include the opt out in agreement. This is a bait and switch which is illegal.

We liked the ability to track our delivery drivers.

WorkWave is an excellent product with awesome support. We are a well known cleaning company in the Phoenix area.

They said you have to pay us for 2 month plus 195 for training and too bad so sad you arent happy. They continue to charge my credit card , unauthorized.

I don't like how it integrates with Quickbooks, FOR ME.

What I was sold about what it would do - The ability to make estimates the way in which we wish to do so - Time sheets digitally, QB integration, Field tech ability to use the software in the field.

The fact that the web based program integrates with my tech mobile app is amazing. We can close completed work orders for our revenue report in house and bill accordingly.

The workflow setup is good. When it is functioning correctly, it flows nicely.

They are terribly trained and the only customers that matter to them are the big guys. If you are medium or small you are chop liver.

Our company changed our software platform to that is run by WorkWave. The education that they gave us during the transition was great.

The WORST part (after wasting $s and 100s of hours on onboarding) is that they indicated they would let me out of my contract, BUT THEY KEEP CHARGING ME. They deleted my files but KEEP CHARGING ME.

GPS side of the software is pretty good and easy to use.

Your rep is responsive and available until you sign that contract and then good luck trying to get ahold of him. They say whatever sounds good to get you to sign, they over promise and under deliver.

Dont waste your time and money. Every turn on the way on dealing with this company I ran into empty promises and horrible user experience and costumer services lies.

When you first start learning the software it is a bit confusing because there are so many features in it.

Once you do so, basically must start over creating work order. Also, once a work order is closed, it's very difficult to go back and undo financial aspects of ticket.
