- I was also quite impressed with the proactive customer service approach in which they repeatedly contacted me to ensure my question was answered.
- The number of reports available to run is outstanding. Nurses love the app for their phones, everything is at that fingertips.
Cons
- This bad attitude to work makes them not to realize their mistakes and carelessness so they are not ready to change quite unlike Axxess software staffs. Obstructing business cash flow is dangerous.
- We got different answers from different staff, depending on who we spoke with. Very frustrating especially when you have payroll to worry about.
Pros
- The reminder and notifications options are fairly robust. Their Mobile app, is important, and works decently well.
- Navigation is super easy as you move around the site. The ability to integrate home care and care management in one system is so valuable.
Cons
- Can be slow at times, hard to track old client/caregivers, reporting used to be limited but they just released a new version.
- Costumer service is very bad , you have to send emails in order to communicate with them.
