I like it's ease of use functionality. The tutorials provided accelerated effective use of AxisCare and I love working with it every day.

No customization feature, each business has its own requirement, need to be more flexible. Customer services is bad.

I was unaware of the price structure and that we are charged for clients over 20.

Horrible Back End Features. Accounting: Very manual for accounting functions and there is no way to contact change healthcare.

Girls in the field have a lot of trouble getting all of information from documents on their phone in the field.

I I just can not take so much time out of my days to follow up on an app. I do understand that there will be trials and errors and its testing of new technologies.

I love many features AxisCare, and can say that I will be a client of theirs for a very long time. The staff and I all agree that we are a lot better off than the other companies I have tried.

The layout is great for making effective notes that are specific to each client or caregiver. I like that you can tag caregivers in a note from clients pages to put it on their profile as well.

When I am using the software I have piece of mind  that I am compliant with CMS regulations. Also billing team is exceptionally good.

The billing of Medicare is very good. It was easy to switch from our previous program.

All the medications carry over to other documents, including discontinued medications. This is a problem, if you don't actually check the list.

Changing from a non internet based product to Careficient has been a struggle for the staff to become accustomed to an entire new way of doing things.

Careficient was easy system to navigate and really love the billing and invoices feature.

The tech support is very responsive which has been appreciated in this early phase that we are in.

With Careficient it allows us to provide a higher quality of care and easy to use point of care. Our field clinicians' are happy that they have less paperwork and more time with the patients.

Employees are quick and helpful, as long as you don't need to put in a ticket. I usually can call our trainer and he is able to answer the question within a day, if not instantly.

No way to track hours scheduled/verified, rish of utilized more than auth hours and not knowing until end of ISP.

Careficient is the best Software that I have ever used.

Authorization setup not linked to actuation service code being billing until it scheduled, risk utilizing more of one service code than authorized if scheduled wrong.

I do NOT feel I made an error choosing this software.

A problem I have using this program on my laptop is that the drop down menu shows up when your trying to clinic on the line below.

Having nurses on the support team is a great benefit for compliance questions. Compared to other home care software, the Careficient pricing can't be beat.

This has helped cut costs within the agency. Support has also been great at helping us get through some issues we experienced on our end.

The tracking of hours per week scheduled and verified for pedi will require more manual intervention by staff to ensure not over utilizing authorized hours.
