There is a definite advantage to using this software platform in that it combines almost all functions needed to run a telemedicine practice, and pricing is competitive.

I needed a platform that would allow me secure HIPPA compliant video calling with diabetes patients. The software was useful at first, but I evolved to need secure texting as well.

Now that we have it and it is working our patients love being able to do virtual visits more easily.

This software was very ease to use for our clinic, the clarity and the connection between provider and the patient made it very easy.

When contacting support for the issue they would be very hard to reach and or had trouble figuring it out on their end.

They respond quickly to any questions I have. And they are just really fun to work with too.

Overall a very easy way to see patients when it is safer to be at home than going into the doctors.

The disconnection errors that happen at times.

The eVisit platform is so easy to use and is very reliable.

And it's also incredibly insulting that I would commit fraud with a patient (I get that it happens but not in this situation).

Sounds good when they pitch it to you and use their marketing skills, but that is about all.

The plattform does NOT work, image is always pixelated, image freezes, sound and calls drop. No it is not my equipment or the computers or phones of every patient.

Most patients order the test and pay for it along with their consult at the time of our visit.

The customer service department is very friendly and helpful. I also like how easy it is to create a schedule for appointments.

I love working with the eVisit team. They really take time to learn what needs I have for my clinical applications.

Customer support is in great stage and eVisit is user friendly. Another important thing is I can send e-prescriptions through eVisit.

It helps the office staff move quickly through a jam packed day. It allows patients to continue their work day without stopping by or going out of their way for such a simple visit.

Good intro software to use for telehealth visits. Relatively easy to use once the patient is on the video call.

The visual setup is pleasing to the eye and makes it easy to navigate. However to cons are enough to make me reconsider my subscription.

The biggest advantage to this solution is that it combines audiovisual interface, charting system and credit card processing in one package.

An excellent Hospital Information System, which is a perfect Business object ,developed to meet our needs , is an apt factor for the smooth work flow in our hospital.

The way they sell you how good it is, and then once you sign the contract and hand over the cheques, good luck.

In addition, Insta has successfully integrated the HMS with our lab equipments for automatically posting Lab results. We are overall very satisfied with the product and service.

Robust software which takes care of pretty much all the needs of a medical insititution.

Customer service does not call back if we leave a voice message. The product cost might deter smaller diagnostic centers such as ours from buying the product.

We are satisfied with Insta HMS.But we need some customed  templates for Lab reports. Overall this is best software for us.

Anyway some modules, features like ICD cording, Inpatient and available report builders are really good. Also can be satisfied with speed of the system.

Ease of understanding and  using Insta and prompt customer  are the star features. Keeping it totally integrated but simple is worth noting.
