Support teams are supportive and they are responding very quickly. They have problem solving tutorial, if face any difficulties, you can find yourself from the YouTube tutorial.

Sometimes errors occur and I can't modify them, too many clicks to do simple things, net lock is annoying, folio settlement is also to many clicks.

The support team acts promptly to help and clears our doubts very patiently. They are having integration with lots of OTA so suitable for any kind of business small or large.

I really liked the fact that this software by far is very user friendly and live support is impressive.

No way to manage carpark in the system, we are using excel to manage carpark bookings. The interface with Financial Accounting software (Xero) is a half baked and unstable product.
