Features of the softwares are good , Report can be customized based on user requirement.

Lack of of face to face interaction reduces the confidence level initially. Lack of face to face interaction also makes request for changes/customization a lot more difficult.

For now, we only the total of the whole month. And we don't get dummy bookings for the NO SHOW.

The system very practical for our hotels, control of room inventory. We have satisfied with Mycloud hospitality system.

Checking occupancy, Revenue with one click is an excellent pocket note for us. This software requires no training as it is easy to learn with few basic knowledge in a PMS.

I only gave each area a 1 star review because I had to. There's NO stars for this in my book.

The program itself is simple and really easy to understand (once you have done it a couple times). It has saved me loads of time as i am able to load items all at once instead of one at a time.

Admin is a piece of cake as well, i also love that you can add as many users as you want, customize their capabilities and send notifications to as many emails as you want as well.

I love the Trip Advisor integration (included on the basic plan which is great), and I love the custom booking rules that you can set up.

No payment options for Indonesia. They do provide paypal as a payment option, but i would need to change my currency to USD.

On the odd occasion I have bumped up against some limitations around options for promotional offers, but so far have always found a work-around.

What I found was that Sirvoy was the simplest way to get the best overview about what is going on at the hotel. It also has the best option with the mobile view and it´s user-friendly.

Great for a guesthouse, easy to use. But no payment option for Indonesia.

The chat feature is prominent on the page, not hidden away, and the help we have received has always been great.

This is where great support enters the equation. Who do you go to, how do you communicate your  questions, such that the support organisation understands your issue.
