All of this was for just slightly more cost than what we had before with ResourceNow. The user interface is really good, and as an administrator, it was relatively intuitive to figure out.

I am no longer at that company where I used ADP comprehensive services, but I was a key player in the implementation of it and was a super admin.

If we were able to get our customer services reps one on one, as we were able to reach our implementation team, I don't think I would have anything negative to say.

I liked the entry-level employees that I worked with initially.

I also like that there's a customer service number with options to choose depending what areas (HR, Payroll, Compliance, Reporting, Tax, etc.) you need help in.

It is easy to use and visually pleasing, especially in the pay stub section, which clearly shows your gross and net pay and the specific taxes that were taken out.

The customer service was crappy and timelines were missed.

I like that this software protects me, and does not allow people who are not my family to use anything of mine to gain assets or money.

What I like most about ADP Comprehensive Services is the ease of use.

I wear a variety of hats, and the ability to run payroll and administer a 401(k) plan with confidence in compliance issues is invaluable.

I like that ADP stores and provides a lot of helpful work information in one safe place. I like seeing the breakdown of my paychecks, too.

It bills you by the dollar paid, so it can be hard to calculate costs ahead of time.

I liked that I could see my salary and 401k information. I liked that I could see how many vacation days that I had left and I could request to use them.

The layout is a little confusing to master at first.

The ease of use and its ability to integrate into other systems.

The system is a good but there are quirks and not even your staff knows how to resolve at time.

I wish they had better customer service, but it often is not necessary since the website is so easy to use, so it isn't a huge con.

I like ADP because my HR team has set it up in a great way. Everything I need to access is easy to find and use.

HR FMLA processing is, from my experience, a horrendous and borderline illegal mishandling of information.

Anything I originally disliked about the software has since been updated.

Mobile ADP Comprehensive Services have everything I need for my work and life balances. They have my work hours, benefits, and LifeMart discounts.

Customer service is easy to work with and gets things resolved.

Simple interface makes for an effective platform.

I appreciate that ADP is a pretty basic platform and most of the functions are easy to do once you know how. The customer support is usually quick to respond and helpful.

I find it frustrating to use and my employees find it even more frustrating.

I am able to locate employee information quickly. I love the Voluntary Life toggles, those are fun to play with.

Was sold on EDI that after the fact we are told that the carriers are the ones refusing to let us use EDI. Frustrating, That feature alone would make it exponentially better.
