EBSPaySuite Review

I recommend they do their homework on payroll systems. After close consideration of many other systems, I feel that EBS does not only fit our needs but is more than capable of accommodating anyone's requirements. When you have a Software Company that takes their time to assess your needs and works closely with you to implement them, you are on a road to system success! With a large number of employees, we were in need or a system that allowed for paperless employees, as well as online onboarding. Having the support team at EBS, a team that is dedicated to your company, who are always available when a question or concern arises, has contributed to the success of our department.

PROS

Everything with the EBS Product is Web Based, which save our company lots of dollars. This also made it possible for the Payroll Department to keep the staff down. We now have applicants entering their own information and completing their own forms online; this is important since they are the only one that has control over their forms. It now takes human error out of the picture. The Payroll and HR process is easy to use and has helped us complete our process with ease. EBS-PaySuite is a product that will take any company small or big into the future. One of the important things with this program is that we can make it a product especially for us, it is not a can program that what you get is what you have!!!

CONS

we would like to make additional changes to the program that would suit our company better.

Employee Based Systems Paysuite full HRIS system

The staff of EBS are an extension of our operations in that we can always depend upon them should a need arise. Everyone is so cordial and receptive to any need which may arise and fully understand the time constrains which payroll has in meeting certain windows in the processing of employee's pay.

PROS

Ability to covert data from our old payroll system to EBS. Technical support was outstanding! The features of the system fully meet our needs and have flexibility to adapt readily to tax law changes and ERISA requirements. Technical support has been prompt when needed and rapidly addresses any concerns or issues (rare events). The various modules interact with each other retaining audit trails. With the intuitive nature of the overall design staff training is minimum, user guides are a great resource. The interface links to Aatrix provides immediate updating of tax codes to the tax tables.

CONS

The initial report writer was cumbersome and difficult to use considering the extend of data files available. As we have evolved so have the data table views and it is much easier to create the adhoc reports which are frequently required when using analytics.
