Customer service and tech support have been great. When we have issues, they are very responsive and help us, including developing ad hoc or custom reports.

What makes a bit hard is that  payroll needs two business days to process and it can not be done after 4:30.

As mentioned before, paying subcontractors for labor can be tricky especially with such a rapidly moving industry like construction. FC makes the process much more manageable.

Getting a listing of all data for employees is very difficult - there should be many more fields available in the main employee database.

Limited access makes some things hard to do. There is also the onbaording issue that we ran into a lot of struggles with.

One of their competitors has some nice offerings, but we found that they were mostly for larger companies with more employees than we have. Gusto seemed a perfect fit for our size and our budget.

The simplicity and ease of setting it up and using everyday is a big plus. The detailed instructions and guides about state laws is fantastic.

The UX is super easy to work with and setting up the software is very pleasant. Our employees also like the emails they receive.

The best part I like about Gusto is that employee on-boarding is super easy and all back-office work is done by Gusto such as filing reports, etc.

The UX is young and fresh, unlike most HR systems out there. It's super user friendly, their customer support is great and Gusto finds ways to make things fun and informative.

I like Gusto and I am satisfied with there product. Integrated benefits are nice especially Guideline 401k and health insurance integration.

To make matter's worse they did not own the problem initially. It took a lot of screaming at front line people to have them understand that they made this mistake.

The product is perfect and easy to use for those who are busy but want to eat and maintain a fun, healthy life. The quality of product and their effect to be environmentally friendly is awesome.

The problems continued into this year - anytime I had a problem, it consistently took waaaaaay to much time to get a response from someone who could actually fix my problem.
