It has been a great resource for our hiring managers giving them the ability to identify good candidates faster.

It is user friendly and fun to take because of the animations. Administrators can customized the test package depending on the job description.

The writing portion provides a great starting point for where a potential hire may need coaching or where they will succeed with minimal coaching.

I also loved that this software provided a good assessment of fit.

I've only been using this software for one month, however I like the fact that it's user friendly. It's fairly easy to navigate through the various functions and options.

We had trouble with the camera working for some of the test takers. We also found the assessments to be way too long to ask a candidate to take.

Some of the feedback that I received from our candidates was that the test was a little strange and time consuming.

The English oral test has bad connection and bad audio, which makes it hard to please.

But then things got even better when we realized they could customize assessments just for our business, and at a very reasonable price and quick turn-around.

It has helped our organization hire rapidly and with confidence, supporting our growth. Also, the simulations mirror real world scenarios which is very helpful in evaluating potential team members.

That took the money out of the equation. Now we could take them all ourselves to pick and choose which assessments were best for us, and we also send them now to every candidate.

So far the software has been a great predictor of performance for us and as a result we are budgeting to continue the service next year.

That individual may have been under high stress when taking the assessment, could have been rushed by an emergency, or any other outside factors.

It is a great software in that it helps the team lead with digging deeper into the applicants personality or professional background,  asking the right questions suggested by this program.

The only way to do this is I had to take the test myself. Unfortunately I didn't have 45 minutes in my day to finish it so I had to waste a test.

The customer service is excellent. Time Tracker allows me to more easily capture and bill for the time spent by each member of my team.

Time Tracker is quite easy to use and customize for the purpose of my time entry. It runs on a system that makes it easy to use and the format is not cluttered or messy, but seamless and clean.

It's a fairly good software to keep track of the employees work. There are benefits and disadvantages of the system like many do.

The best thing I like about this software is that I can easily generate an invoice with my logo so it looks personal and professional.

You do have to stop and start the timer if you are switching between devices. There is no page for all your timers.

I love the fact that you can set alerts or reminders, the time rounding functionality and the fact that I can customize my dashboard as needed. Free accounting is a big plus.

Integration with Apple suggested fills is fantastic. Makes time entry on the fly easy and promotes productivity capture.

I really like the ease of payroll approval. I also like the notifications of employees not clocking in on time.

Nice that is integrates with Quickbooks, but thats about it.

Easy to use, great for backing up claims for add-services by being able to look up and print hours spent and why.

If you don't select the client first, it give you all sorts of warnings. There should only be a warning if you try to exit the software without filling out a field.

Free integrations is one of the positive things which is attracted to many users.I would recommend others to use the free trial and check if its worth for the price point.

I do like the time evaluation (billable/non-billable) and the ease of inputing projects and descriptions of work.
