- From an implementation and administrator perspective, the team at HRSoft feels like a true, dependable, hard-working extension of my HR team. I couldn't ask for a better vendor partner.
- Ease of customization, customer service, amazing implementation team and overall a tool that has great user interface with flexibility.
Cons
- Not enough information cross checking and validation. Error messaging is a bit weak.
- The error handling is one of the items that we sometimes struggle with when encountering an error within the application.
Pros
- I found the software user friendly and I enjoyed the responsive design and easy to understand pricing system. I also liked the familiar Kanban board design.
- I liked the ease of use, the interactivity, and the great features that it has, even in the free version.
Cons
- Sometimes the emails get lost in spam or are hard to find so people can miss updates. I wish it has a desktop notifications.
- Actually I do not have any complaints about the software, it has work greatly. Maybe the only problem would be that you need internet connection.
