  • Pros

  • I like the ease of use from the HR perspective and the ability to see exactly what the employee sees within the system when trying to help them.
  • That we are able to put our employees information into, so it stores it safely.
  • Cons

  • It cost more money to have iSolved than it would (including risk) of having paper time cards.
  • We had been with Paychoice, then Sage, then Isolved. Launch was terrible with no help.

  • It's a great platform to find the business opportunities and apply for jobs you like and want to grow.
  • The most important feature I liked about this software is that it makes a positive interface and is feels good when you login and apply to jobs.
  • Cons

  • A barrage of SPAM after they got my email, most fake jobs that have expired away back and many subscribers are there to copy each others jobs.
  • The amount of spam we get is crazy. Applicants that are fake or are really not interested is high.
