We use the product for digital and on demand video interviewing.

The vendor has A+ customer service and the product is best in class in that it provides seamless integration and social media distribution and engagement. It is also very configurable.

You must evaluate whether the software is compatible with ATS systems and easily integrated and in addition easy to use and configure, as well as user friendly for the user.

It is very user friendly, and is technology driven. I like that the tool is automated and is integrated into our ATS.

I was unable to work my zoom in for some reason it just wouldn't allow me to operate it zoom in method for a close up.

They have great service and support to back up the product. They take our client needs seriously and work to ensure we have a quality solution in place to fit the individual needs of a client.

The only thing I dislike about the platform is that when you export multiple positions' candidates, there is no way to sort them by the req ID with which you imported them.

I like the ability to build complex workflows with many automatic steps and invitations that can be leveraged for high volume screening.

The need for ear phones to enhance audio and fight echo, etc., is a slight distraction.

Make sure it can be integrated with your ATS; it can save a lot of time and prevent issues.

This software was easy to connect with my social media account.

You do lose a little bit of the one-on-one conversations you would have with a person on an actual phone call - this do not mean the product is bad by an means.

I would recommend comparing the cost as it related to saving cost on travel and improving efficiency as interviews can be scheduled and confirmed very quickly.

It's a fairly good software to keep track of the employees work. There are benefits and disadvantages of the system like many do.

The best thing I like about this software is that I can easily generate an invoice with my logo so it looks personal and professional.

You do have to stop and start the timer if you are switching between devices. There is no page for all your timers.

I love the fact that you can set alerts or reminders, the time rounding functionality and the fact that I can customize my dashboard as needed. Free accounting is a big plus.

Integration with Apple suggested fills is fantastic. Makes time entry on the fly easy and promotes productivity capture.

If you don't select the client first, it give you all sorts of warnings. There should only be a warning if you try to exit the software without filling out a field.

Free integrations is one of the positive things which is attracted to many users.I would recommend others to use the free trial and check if its worth for the price point.

I do like the time evaluation (billable/non-billable) and the ease of inputing projects and descriptions of work.
