Redmatch Review

Overall Good.

PROS

Very compatible. Easy to use. Easy to maintain data at one platform. Mail merging is very easy. Resume can be maintain and search through Boolean strings.

CONS

Portals can not be maintained through redmatch, that is why merging resume through is portals is little hard on this ATS.

Very aged User Interface and confusing options.

CONS

The UI is dated and old, still looks like a website from the 1990's. Additionally, the errors pop up Hebrew, which for me is completely irrelevant since I do not speak Hebrew or read it. Also the ability to not download multiple resumes simultaneously or filter by specific traits per candidates was not readily available. Furthermore, I emailed Redmatch during my first week here and never got a response. I only got a formal response when I requested a cancellation. The new system we have considered is CHEAPER and more updated with the ability to PARSE resumes and utilize via MOBILE PHONE.
