Resumate has been a great recruiter software for me. It is very user friendly and the customer service is 'over the top.

I have been using RESUMate for about 10 years and each update has been better than the last. The program is easy to use and AFFORDABLE.

You get a real person that knows the program inside out, no outsourced look up the answers in a book, tech response.

Easy link to LinkedIN and other social media which helps easily identify candidates. GREAT customer service and tutorials!!!  great outirght owner price without the high monthly fee of other programs.

The more you put in, the more you can get out. There is very little I can say that would be a negative about the software, but will offer a suggestion to anyone considering a purchase.

We needed a good tool to help us organize, search, and store all of our resumes. RESUMate turned out to be a great tool.

The color scheme is bad. It's monotone/gray, and it's just not up to date.

Limited advanced functionality (ie: no email templates, inability to pull data and parse from social media and job boards). Compatibility issues with certain functions.

Making  sure valid table with appropriate entries for your industry can be time consuming. Boolean searching is sluggish because of being unindexed.

Excellent, intuitive, cost effective program with outstanding customer service.

Further, the customer support including on-going free web based training provided is outstanding.

It's great for keeping candidates and clients organized. I also really like how easy it is to extract an excel spread sheet from the system.

A barrage of SPAM after they got my email, most fake jobs that have expired away back and many subscribers are there to copy each others jobs.

The amount of spam we get is crazy. Applicants that are fake or are really not interested is high.

It's a great platform to find the business opportunities and apply for jobs you like and want to grow.

The search bar is right on the top and you can also scroll through the pages to find the job you may possibly want. The integration with my existing business was fairly easy.

I think it is super easy to use and search for jobs and post jobs. I think it gives you pretty good information and good jobs to select from.

Only that some of the work at home jobs I noticed there were duplicate entries. I ran into one scam, where I was sent a fraudulent money order.

Sometimes the job listings were spamming up my email and I found it frustrating to unsubscribe to all the different types of emails I was receiving from it.

Zip recruiter has been great, a really essential part of my job search. I check the notification emails every day and always have some good offers and opportunities in there.

RESUMate's best-of-breed applicant tracking system automatically stores candidate records and allows recruiters to convert Word documents, PDFs and LinkedIn profiles into resumes within RESUMate’s system just by importing them.


Once resumes are in the system, RESUMate automatically populates fields, including candidate name, address and past jobs and education. Recruiters can take notes directly within each candidate’s profile, or create customized forms for interview sessions, which they can upload to each candidate’s profile.


There are two versions of the software, RESUMate Lite and RESUMate Pro. RESUMate Pro builds on the Lite version described above, allowing recruiters to send and track emails to individual candidates, or entire groups of candidates from the homescreen. Recruiters can also use RESUMate Pro’s Boolean search function to scour RESUMate’s database for applicants with specific skills, or who live in a particular location.
