Pros/Cons

Pros
I LOVE LOVE LOVE that it is simple and easy to organize my thoughts and projects with this software!
It's easy to use, it has a great user interface and its easy to use it even with no experience at all!

Cons
While the software works excellent on the desktop platform it is somewhat cumbersome to scroll over and view lists on a mobile platform.
The powerups are great, but sometimes are tricky to turn on and off (I.e. to integrate with other apps).

Pros
It's very easy to use - user-friendly. It's quite a logical system, very little training is required. Great customer service and the cost is very reasonable as well.
YouManage has been amazing for our organisation and the ease it has made on our administration has been perfect.

Cons
There are occasional situations where the functionality means that you have to come out of certain screens and start processes again (but this is a minor detail!)
As with many automated systems, there are some restrictions and limitations, but I've not found these enough of a problem to stop use of the system.
