Sometimes the groups have been difficult to use, but that has been ironed out. It's a minor minor issue.

Everything about Fluix has been great- from the customer service to the interface with Adobe.

It's easy to use and integrates well with zapier.

I am happy with the product, it works good for what it was designed for and what we use it for, the price is great and the team we work with at Fluix is great as well.

Perfect Application for Document Sharing and Workflow Management.

Without support and/or a high level of IT knowledge with coding and spreadsheets, it is very difficult to set up fillable forms using existing pdfs.

I don't really have any complaints about this product. If we have an issue we get a hold of FLUIX and they make make program changes to accommodate us.

The app is user friendly, self explanatory, and easy to navigate.

It's friendly to use and to manage. Its best feature is that it allows administrators to send documents through different platforms - i.e. tablets, smartphones, and computers.

Their customer support is stunning, and we managed to transfer all of our processes into electronic form within a month.

Once the workflows are set, should a team member change a file/folder name in the cloud then the workflow is broken and unavailable to field staff.

The only challenge I currently face with Fluix is its vulnerability to the file structure in the cloud storage.

It's an excellent tool to use when justifying the costs associated with the work performed to the customer.

If you have selected the wrong number by mistake it can be awkward to locate the recently pushed files to delete them.

The app has off-line mode, so techs can fill out all the forms in remote locations, but syncing all of them to the system still needs Internet, especially if many pictures are attached.

The ability to send documents for signature to clients is very high end and gives us everything we need to get documents signed remotely.

Sometimes I will take photos on my companion device when I'm in the wrong component. Cutting & pasting each photo individually from one component to another is a pain.

Ability to add all photos at once is a benefit that can save time.

The program is very professional and very easy to use and if you have any questions while using, the Homegauge support team is FANTASTIC and always willing to help /answer any questions you may have.

One of the best things with Homeguage is we can count on them to help guide a client through the website if they are having difficulty. They are always very helpful.

Customer service is outstanding and the company is always updating & with improvements as recommendations are heard.

I thought long and hard and just could not find anything that disappointed me or I disliked.

The software is easily customized by the user, the support from Homeguage has been outstanding over the years and the software is always been improving and upgradeable.

The ability to use companion to update the report while in the field is very helpful. Just when i think it can't get much better, they improve it.

The only complaint i ever had was that there was no support after 5:00 P.M.

The integration of photos from outside sources is effortless and taking photos from within the software is nice because they end up right where I want them. And did I mention the videos.

The only downside is not having 24 hour tech support when problems arise after HomeGauge closes.
