Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • This has made our tracking of clients and customer service so much better. And it is easy to train my staff and agents to use as well no matter their level of knowledge with previous CRMs.

  • Easy to Use , Customizable, Lots of reporting Capability, follow up system using the dashboard is great. Also can use the system on your mobile device.

  • Cons

  • Not the easiest to learn when you don't follow the training courses. A lot of capabilities but it takes a bit to make it work best for your situation

  • Sometimes the report tools are a bit restrictive, but they have improved greatly over the last couple of years.

  • Pros

  • I love the ease of use and the functionality of this program! I also like the options of filing and organizing within the program.

  • So much better than TAM - very flexible and easy to navigate.

  • Cons

  • One of the cons is the cost of the software. It is a big pill to swallow, but if you use the features, it is well worth it in the end.

  • Sometimes the fields and screens can be confusing especially when you are still learning the software. It helps when the administrator can remove unnecessary steps/screens you don't need to use.
