They system frequently goes offline, sometimes for days, and this completely shuts down an agency.

The product itself is functional and easy to use.

Its very simple to follow and use, i love it ITS EASY TO FOLLOW, I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS SOFTWARE TO ALL COMPANIES.

Being able to text a client directly from the system is very handy and time saving. One of the best updates that they have had.

There are so many things to list. And with every update the system keeps improving.

We have had a good experience with their customer services. They are always happy to help with any issue that pops up for us.

We like the functionality and the quality of the support team, plus how it easily integrates with external applications (Outlook, QuickBooks and DocuSign).

Sometimes it will lag a little while typing and the screen will jitter while in the internal Internet Explorer browser.

The carrier integration is great, with the carriers that will download to it. I feel that the customer pipeline could use some work and be able to provide more features.

The team at hawksoft are worth every penny in customer service , fast , reliable and courteous and in ten years that is impressive.

I'm actually struggling with finding something I don't like about HawkSoft.

The software is super user friendly and Hawksoft's support staff is even more so.

Customer service is outstanding, the initial training for the system for our staff was very good...that was not my experience at all with AMS.

Unfortunately the company that runs the cloud service for Hawksoft does a poor job witch reflects poorly on Hawksoft.

At first it was confusing to navigate the site.

I love the ability to send an application to a client that is tailored to their organization. It is great to be able to make certain questions required.

There was not a lot of training when it was first implemented. Therefore, the first two months was just trail and error.

It was helpful and saved us time an money with sending applications and forms by mail.

Although I've only used the technology a handful of times it has been great. The training received when I expressed that i needed a bit more help was awesome.

I wished the software was compatible with internet explorer & Microsoft edge. Some of my clients do not know what browser they are using & this gets confusing for them.

The idea of this program is great, the ease of apps being able to share information will make a step in our process more efficient and effective.

My experience with Indio has been good. Easy to use, love to have the documents stored year after year, etc.

But once someone syncs it removes them. But I feel this is the best product on the market and it will get better if they listen to the users.

It has been a very easy transition for me. I love the ability to complete apps on line and save information. The only obstacle has been educating my clients.

The Applications are clean and precise and very presentable. Overall, this is a wonderful product to help us prepare for our Account Renewals.

It is a bit confusing when our clients go to sign one of our documents. It is confusing and it can appear that they have completed the document before it was actually signed.

Indio is a great Software to use with great customer service.

I also love that information rolls over to the following term, keeping record of signed applications. It is user friendly for our clients, which in turns makes doing business simple and easy.
