They system frequently goes offline, sometimes for days, and this completely shuts down an agency.

The product itself is functional and easy to use.

Its very simple to follow and use, i love it ITS EASY TO FOLLOW, I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS SOFTWARE TO ALL COMPANIES.

Being able to text a client directly from the system is very handy and time saving. One of the best updates that they have had.

We have had a good experience with their customer services. They are always happy to help with any issue that pops up for us.

We like the functionality and the quality of the support team, plus how it easily integrates with external applications (Outlook, QuickBooks and DocuSign).

Sometimes it will lag a little while typing and the screen will jitter while in the internal Internet Explorer browser.

The carrier integration is great, with the carriers that will download to it. I feel that the customer pipeline could use some work and be able to provide more features.

The team at hawksoft are worth every penny in customer service , fast , reliable and courteous and in ten years that is impressive.

I'm actually struggling with finding something I don't like about HawkSoft.

The software is super user friendly and Hawksoft's support staff is even more so.

Customer service is outstanding, the initial training for the system for our staff was very good...that was not my experience at all with AMS.

Unfortunately the company that runs the cloud service for Hawksoft does a poor job witch reflects poorly on Hawksoft.

It is so easy to navigate. Rarely ever have any problems and if we do customer service is quick and friendly.

I am able to find clients very easy and update information.

The functionality on the commercial side of things lack a bit but Hawksoft is working on it diligently.

ISI has been responsive and innovative to in helping LML implement it's new core system.

It has been a very good experience, the team has been responsive, and quick to address any issues.

Many increased efficiencies - fully integrated - more data captured - more user controls to prevent errors.

The software is customizable and reliable. We have been able to work with ISI's great team to create a system that meets the needs of all of our departments.

If I had to find one thing to complain about it is the software being standardized on IE. You can use it in other browsers (and we are)  but the standard is IE.

The implementation and support teams are superlative.

OOSE transactions are challenging for our large programs in particular. I receive feedback from users that searching is confusing.

The user interface is clunky for maneuvering to locations, items, and coverages. The inability to move windows is frustrating for users.

The ISI team is quick to respond with solutions when issues arise.

I feel like the functionality of the system and the ability of the ISI team to shape it to fit our needs, when necessary, has the core system of our business set for all our current and future needs.

This is confusing because the client number is not the same as the system generated new business policy number.

Integrated solution with controls to enforce best practices to ensure transactions are properly completed.

It captures so much more data and has increased our processing efficiency significantly. Their customer support is efficient, timely and very receptive to suggestions or new ideas.
