  • Pros

  • Easy to use and integrates with Epic. It helps us review the current way we are doing things to make it an easier more efficient process.
  • I love the ability to send an application to a client that is tailored to their organization. It is great to be able to make certain questions required.
  • Cons

  • At first it was confusing to navigate the site.
  • There was not a lot of training when it was first implemented. Therefore, the first two months was just trail and error.

  • Every single piece of information that I need can be found on this software thanks to my company and the developers.
  • Surefyre is easy to use and able to integrate with other systems we use. Their team is always open to suggestions and will work with you so it fits your needs.
  • Cons

  • Nothing, and I can't stress this enough, NOTHING works.
  • Since our last CRM was so simple and rigid, it was difficult to learn all of the different ways we could use the system.
