They have been great to work with and have been very detailed on walking us through the program.

Folders to import or sort things in to could be less confusing. There are times it is not clear where to put a file.

The ability to manage all cases and employers in one place and monitor tasks is very helpful.

NextAgency is both Easy to use and inexpensive. Anytime I have had issues, IT is quick to respond.

When I have a question, the customer service department is always helpful.

The customer service is great and they go out of their way to answer your question and to make sure you use the platform to your advantage.

The online University is also helpful, it includes prerecorded video walkthroughs for different tasks. I used that quite a bit.

Although out of contract and able to cancel at any time, they have continued to charge my card for 5 months. Each time telling me they would issue a refund the next billing cycle.

This has really increased productivity in the office. The reports can be adjusted to whatever you need to be testing and measuring to help focus on the details.

I hate how I had to have the software downloaded on the computer and if i had issues during weekend I was screwed.

This has been an ongoing issue most recently we've not been able to merge emails for 10 days. As a work around we are having to cut and paste from Outlook making the management system worthless.

I like that it keeps all of my due dates in order and is very user friendly. It helps keep me on track to make sure our  agents are compliant.

I would change to Hawksoft but the concern has been we might lose data. I suspect it would be a wise to simply make the change, but ten years is significant fearing change.

As a busy agent, this software saves me time when quoting. I can put all the customer's information into the system and can get the best quote within seconds.

Example is their commercial rater which is worthless and because of that they do not allow integrations with established commercial lines raters in the market.

If you input the data right, I like how quick/easy it to generate forms in the future for projects or for requests from the customer.

I love how easily it integrates with my email and phone systems. When a client calls in, our phone system recognizes the phone number and pops up a new tab with the client information.

This is a very hard program to learn. My first year of using it was very rough because it has a very antiquated feel to it.

I like that functionality of this software, it can do everything you want it to as long as you know how to use it.

This makes my job more efficient and organized. It's a great tool to have.

I have even had them login to my system, and take over the screen to fix settings, problems, etc.
