Some of the page layouts seem a little difficult to work with.

Overall, MyHub has been easy to work with and the customer support has been great. There were a few items we needed that weren't available and the support teams worked with us to make those available.

It's very easy to use - I've already seen powerful updates - but very graphically based for the non-techy user. The ability to control permission for the users is also amazing.

My HubIntranet is easy to use, for technical or non technical staff, the knowledge base is easy to use with step by step guides and videos.

Restricted integrations: MyHub has a limited number of integrations with other programmes and resources, including Microsoft Office 365 and Google Drive.

Above all, this software is brilliant value for money.

Overall we are very happy with this software. When I was hired, one of the things my employer wanted was a company Intranet.

Support is amazing and friendly. Product is simple to setup and great to use.

I do feel a bit limited in what I can do to with making the site look the way I want.

Nothing to date, you just need to bear in mind that you are editing content live, although you are able to roll back if you make a mistake.

The only thing I dislike - and it is a STRONG dislike - is that when it comes on it automatically takes precedence.

While it's a relatively small complaint in the grand scheme of things, this lack of visual awareness may confuse new users.

One of the best features of Office Chat is its ability to organize and categorize multiple group chats within the program.

I also love that we can mark a message as important. Being able to create an account for each group we work with has also been wonderful.
