- I noticed this software is awesome in keeping records, also in inventory management and keep any transaction that will help you and the company.
- If you work with someone who really knows this product then they can can help you with a solution that will help your business achieve the best results.
Cons
- It glitches out constantly and seems to do crash the most when you are in the middle of something time-sensitive. It's not very easy to navigate and the program isn't very intuitive.
- Most of the support techs I have spoken with have bad attitudes.
Pros
- We were currently using Quickbooks, which had, at the time, very limited cloub-based capability. Xero looked great, was easy to use, and made it possible for our virtual team to work together.
- I love how easy it is to sync bank feeds and reconcile transactions. I love the rule feature that allows me to set my routine transactions to the correct COA.
Cons
- Customer Service was horrible. You could not talk to someone when you wanted to.
- The single most annoying thing about it is the support.
