  • Pros

  • Customizable for my environment, implementation support was very responsive and helpful. Integration with AD and Zendesk is great.
  • Love the scanning capability using a smart phone and the app. Filtering assets makes for quick and nice reports for inventory management.
  • Cons

  • The only negative is that the administrative options are not the easiest to navigate until you have experience using the system.
  • The lack of offline usability. We have some areas that do not have cell/wi-fi signal and it would be beneficial to add an offline component that can sync later when a connection is made.

  • The unrelenting inventory control mechanisms in place - along with ease of use with terrific modules for billing, AR, RMAs, etc. Put SIMMS ahead of the queue.
  • Today, we work with a robust program that seamlessly matches our operational needs. As fantastic as the program is, the customer support is as good or even better.
  • Cons

  • I have a hard time following our trainer's teaching. He never answers our questions fully or remembers where we left off.
