The system was very hard to follow and the initial integration was a nightmare. We had no customer service to help push us forward with a go live date and further onsite training was denied.

I tell all customers to minimize customization of products and keep them as close as possible to out of the box. This is difficult with business that are accustom to their old processes.

Ease of use and simple to understand. Simplicity is what i liked the most in this software.

He is not only helpful but a complete pleasure to talk to.

I love the ease of analyzing  each piece of our manufacturing process.

Overall it is great and the cost is very reasonable.

The product is deceiving and  lacks functionality for the processes we utilized for our company. They were unable to tailor the product to our needs even though they sold us on that in the beginning.

They were genuinely interested in helping us improve our processes by designing a report that met our specific needs.

Basically, I've found that most people who complain about Fishbowl are really complaining about inventory, which is hugely complex.

We are looking to expand and utilize many other integrations for web store and asset tracking capabilities.

As stated above, I would not recommend this software especially for CPAs and their clients. It sounds fantastic but doesn't work as designed, especially for Quickbooks.

Hard to fix problems without having to talk to fishbowl. But they are usually very responsive when i have a problem.

It integrates with Salesforce via a API and is continually improving.

Fishbowl is powerful sales, inventory control, and purchasing software for QuickBooks users at a very reasonable price.

The disassemble process can be a bit intimidating if you don't know what you are doing. Fishbowl Go needs to be able to manufacture as well.

Fishbowl is a great asset to our company. It has been wonderful in helping us manage inventory for our warehouse and tracking errors.

Integrations with QuickBooks can be incredibly useful for companies already based in QuickBooks.

Their customer support rep. has been awesome for our team. He's taken control of our issues and been very responsive.

Ease of Quickbooks Online integration, ease of cost analysis.

When I get errors after voiding a shipment and editing and when I go to ship it again I get an error.

I love all of the Fishbowl Support team members.

FT is a great inventory system management tool. This syncs easily with QuickBooks and you can customize it to make it what you want.

The ability to house the program in a cloud setting  brings a whole new ease of use for those who may not be on site or for companies with multiple locations.

Ease of product set-up & having all pertinent fields available right from the product screen really makes this software accessible for any user be it novice or expert.

The support from our representative [sensitive content hidden] has been excellent. She has been helpful with setting up the system for our needs and very responsive with any issues that arise.

I have not used it enough, so i have not come across anything that I dont like.

I highly suggest speaking with Abbe Hasse. Not only did she help me get all of the integrations up and running, she made using Flowtrac extremely easy and stressless.

The developers I worked with did a great job of working around our business logic to make the software faster and easier for the end user.

Many inventory programs are canned and built for the most complex application. FlowTrac was able to pullout just the things we needed to provide a great easy to use product.

The process of integrating what we already had in place was difficult, however once we figured out what needed to be done, the process move smoothly.

The only con I can think of would be during importing, the system had errors that it wouldn't notify me of.

The staff is very courteous,  prompt  and professional. They respond quickly to our needs and requests.

The system is user friendly, all-inclusive of everything we need, and leaps and bounds above our previous system.

My overall experience has been excellent. Good communication and competent employees.

Also i dont like how when you need to search for something it takes it a while to pull up.

Customer support and communications like working with my next-door-neighbor (6 states away). Resolved numerous problems I didn't even know I had.

As with any new software integrating to other software systems can be difficult.

IT Scriptnet, the platform on which this program is built, is not a very well documented scripting language.

Quality product, easy to use, knowledgeable personnel that you feel they know you and your business.

It seems inexpensive to implement but they nickel and dime you so hard we've spent a fortune for what seem like easy fixes.

It's easily customizable and very user-friendly. Their are many great features for all company types and the support team is wonderful.

The ability to practically implement the software from ground zero with a bit of modification on the side of FlowTrac. The build and implementation of the software was flawless.

We proactively engaged the FT team in brainstorming better solutions together with us to avoid cumbersome and costly modifications.
